Information we collect
We collect information in two ways: what you choose to send us, and limited technical information collected automatically when you visit the site.
Information you provide:
- Your name, company, email address and phone number
- Your country and business type
- The capability or area you are interested in
- Anything you write in a project description or message
- An indicative budget range, where you choose to give one
- Your preferred method of contact
Information collected automatically:
- Standard server logs, including IP address and browser type
- Aggregated analytics about how pages on this site are used
Why we collect it
Information you submit through an enquiry form is used solely to respond to that enquiry and to carry out any engagement that follows from it. We do not add enquiries to a marketing list without your explicit consent.
Technical and analytics information is used to understand how the site performs and to improve it. It is not used to build a profile of you.
Legal basis
Where the law requires a legal basis for processing, we rely on your consent when you submit a form, on legitimate interest for site security and analytics, and on the necessity of performing a contract where you become a client.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are retained for up to twenty-four months and then deleted. Records relating to client engagements are retained for as long as required by applicable professional, tax and regulatory obligations in the relevant jurisdiction.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising purposes.
We share it only in these circumstances:
- With service providers who operate parts of our infrastructure, such as website hosting and email delivery, under confidentiality obligations
- With specialists coordinated on your engagement, and only with your knowledge
- Where we are required to do so by law or by a regulatory authority
Where it is stored
Information submitted through this site may be processed on infrastructure located outside your country of residence. Where that is the case, we take reasonable steps to ensure it remains protected to a standard consistent with this policy.
Security
This site is served over an encrypted connection. Enquiry data is transmitted over encrypted channels and access is limited to those who need it to respond to you. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise.
Cookies
This site uses only what is necessary for it to function, together with privacy-respecting analytics where enabled. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Your browser can be configured to reject cookies; the site will continue to work.
Your rights
You may ask us to confirm what information we hold about you, to correct it if it is wrong, to delete it, or to stop using it. Write to us using the contact details on this site and we will respond within a reasonable period.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes materially, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the site after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
